During this conversation, you will:
• Learn about in-person, live online, and on-demand classes and workshops
• Receive an overview of the Āyurvedic Yoga Therapy process
• Ask questions related to scheduling, structure, and fees

This call is required for all new Āyurvedic Yoga Therapy students and serves as a supportive first step in establishing a collaborative therapeutic relationship.

Āyurvedic Yoga Therapy (AYT) addresses imbalances on every level of our human experience: body, breath, mental, emotional, work, family and friend relationships, life goals, clarity of purpose and spiritual connection.  AYT views gross and subtle body imbalances as the way the body and mind communicate messages to us when we are living out of harmony in one or more areas of our life. 

AYT lifestyle interventions, combined with modern life-coaching therapies include but are not limited to: daily, nightly and seasonal self-care practices, nutrition, lifestyle therapies, exercise, yoga asana, yoga philosophy, meditation, breath work, affirmations, prayer, visualizations, massage, detox and rejuvenation therapies, herbs, spices, essential oils, color therapy, sound therapy, cooking, relationship skills, life purpose clarification skills, time management skills and more.
