This session is designed for established Āyurvedic Yoga Therapy students seeking ongoing support, refinement, and continuity in their personal practice.
These one-hour sessions offer space for check-in, guidance, and therapeutic adjustment as your needs evolve.
Sessions may include:
• Refinement of āsana, prāṇāyāma, and meditation practices
• Doṣa-informed nutrition and lifestyle guidance
• Support for nervous system regulation, daily rhythm, and integration
• Ongoing reflection and inquiry
Weekly Connection sessions may be:
• Layered into an existing 90, 180, or 360 Day Therapeutic Plan
• Scheduled as a weekly or bi-weekly alternative to plan-based packages
This offering supports consistency, accountability, and the continued development of a personalized, sustainable practice.
Āyurvedic Yoga Therapy (AYT) addresses imbalances on every level of our human experience: body, breath, mental, emotional, work, family and friend relationships, life goals, clarity of purpose and spiritual connection. AYT views gross and subtle body imbalances as the way the body and mind communicate messages to us when we are living out of harmony in one or more areas of our life.
AYT lifestyle interventions, combined with modern life-coaching therapies include but are not limited to: daily, nightly and seasonal self-care practices, nutrition, lifestyle therapies, exercise, yoga asana, yoga philosophy, meditation, breath work, affirmations, prayer, visualizations, massage, detox and rejuvenation therapies, herbs, spices, essential oils, color therapy, sound therapy, cooking, relationship skills, life purpose clarification skills, time management skills and more.
Each Therapeutic Plan is customized according to the unique needs of the individual.
*If class time is reserved by a student that has not completed an Āyurvedic Yoga Therapy Assessment and has also not committed to an AYT monthly plan, class booking will be cancelled.
