Awaken clarity, steadiness, and embodied presence through this 5-month guided practice series designed to support your well-being throughout the winter and spring seasons.
Each Saturday morning, you’ll join Amanda live for an hour of guided asana and pranayama, combining intentional movement, breathwork, and grounding practices to nourish your body and mind.
All levels welcome. These sessions are meant to meet you where you are, offering consistency, accountability, and a supportive container for deeper personal practice.
