Tuition: $100 per workshop

This workshop series explores the relationship between the human system and the Mojave Desert ecosystem through somatic movement, breath, and sensory practices. Each session includes experiential tools designed to support grounded presence, emotional regulation, and empowered well-being.

Workshop Focus
Each month highlights one element of the desert environment—space, air, fire, water, earth, or a seasonal elemental combination represented by the doṣas. Participants are invited to sense, move, breathe, and inquire into how each element expresses itself both internally and in the surrounding ecological landscape.

How to Participate
The Sensory Integration & Elemental Theory workshops may be taken:

• As stand-alone monthly workshops ~ choose the element that resonates most with your interest or current needs

~ OR ~

• As a progressive series ~ building layer-by-layer awareness across all five elements and the full spectrum of human sensory experience

This series encourages the development of a personal daily practice rooted in movement, breath, observation, reflection, and creative expression.
